This loft style loft apartment on 4 different levels (don't suit young children).

Located at the 5th and last floor with elevator. Interphone and digicode.

Double exposure Nord-South. Very bright. All the bedrooms are quiet.

Location

The apartment is located in a totally rebuilt building which encompasses only lofts, between Nation et Bastille. Within less than 2 minutes walking, you will find all the shops, cafés, restaurants... you need.

The nearest métro stations are: Nation (métro lines 1, 2, 9, 6 and RER A), Reuilly-Diderot (métro lines 1 and 8) and Boulets Montreuil (métro line 9).

The Marais is within 3 métro stations, the Louvre Museum within 6.

No agency commission. Directly rented by the owners. You will find a clean flat with all you need. We even created a welcome pack where you will get all the information about the flat, but also about the neighborhood (main steets, metro stations, best shops -including bio ones-, restaurants, bars and disco). We will welcome you and will be pleased to answer any of your specific questions.

    • 50 % when booking
    • 50 % at your arrival
    • 100 % of the total price as a deposit. Minimum 1.000 €.Of course, the deposit is given back at the end of the stay.
