Measuring 30 m2 (100 sq feet), this comfortable and well equipped apartment has a main room with a dinning table and a bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a storage place; a small hall and two little balconies.

This studio was totally refurbished in September 2002.

It is located on the 6th floor with an elevator, a security system and an intercom.

South exposure. Very bright. View on Paris'roofs and St Eustache bell-tower.

On a completely closed interior courtyard. Absolutely quiet. No traffic noise. possibility to sleep with open windows.

This studio is located in a beautiful buiding, built in 1880, on the pedestrian area called "Montorgueil". In this area, there are many entertainment options such as cinemas, gorgeous restaurants, nice pubs, one of the most beautiful openair market. It's very close to the historic and genuine Marais area.

The nearest metro stations are : Etienne Marcel (métro line 4), Les Halles (métro line 4, RER A, B et D) and Chatelet (métro lines 1, 7, 11, 14).

This area is without any contest one of the most pleasant, trendy and charming place to be and convenient to visit Paris, Ile de France or France.

You will find everything you may need :

• Kitchen :

  • Washing-machine (AND DRYER), microwave, 2 electrics burners, a fridge, a hoot with exhaust fan, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, all the necessary kitchen utensils.

• Main room :

  • Bed in wood, matress (new)
  • A hi-fi stereo (with CD) and TV (numerous channels - channels in english)
  • ADSL connexion for internet (high speed)
  • design sofa (Ligne Roset) which may served as a very confortable and easy to use extra bed (1,77 m long), armchair, a dining table, 4 chairs in leather/steel
  • A phone line you may use for local phone calls and to connect to the internet (unlimited broad band)

• Shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer...

• All the towels and linen are provided.

Dear Michel! Well, we are back in Sydney at last. First, we must tell you what a splendid time we had, and how much we enjoyed staying at rue Tiquetonne!! What a lovely, comfortable flat. It was like staying in the apartment of a friend, not a stranger, and after the first week, it actually started to feel like HOME!!! We would return in the evening with a bottle of wine and some delicious charcuterie and relax, talking about the day and everything we have seen. Just delightful!

Michel, there is something "je ne sais quoi" about rue Tiquetonne that is like magic - it has become our destination!
